So the final build I have now is:
Mobo: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 6300 OC to 4.1GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3
RAM: 2X4GB G-Skill Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600MHz
Video Card: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750ti OC 2GB
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600Watt 80+ Bronze
Case: Enermax Ostrog GT BL

This thing stays wicked cool. Running idle the CPU is at 12 degrees celcius, its insane. Can't wait to try it on load.

Here is a link to a good GPU benchmark / burn-in utility

LINK

A CPU torture program is 2p-1

LINK

Scroll down to "CPU Stress / Torture Testing" for download link.

These programs are intended to run for a extended period of time to fully test / burn-in your machine. If you leave the machine unattended, be sure your CPU / GPU cooler utility is set to shut your system down if the temp goes too high.
